I set this blog up in response to interest from friends and family regarding my plans to move to California to attend graduate school at the University of California, San Diego. The name of the program is the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies, or IR/PS for short. I am in the class of 2009, hence, IRPS2009.
When plans emerged to travel across the country with my brothers and my wife, arriving and leaving the trip at various times, the demand became greater to document the trip.
I’m not entirely sure what I am going to do with the blog as school moves forward. I’m sure living in California will be filled with plenty of stories that I will be interested in sharing.
